You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order, or have the permission and involvement of a parent or guardian. Orders may currently be shipped only to addresses in the United States.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use automated means to scrape or misuse the website
• Place fraudulent orders or provide false information
• Use the website in any way that violates applicable law

We try to describe our products accurately, including ingredients and label information. Please always read the product packaging before consuming. Product images are for illustration and actual products and packaging may vary slightly. Product information is not medical advice.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, refuse, or cancel any order, for example because of product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund the amount charged for that order.

Payment is due at the time of order and is processed by Stripe. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

You may request cancellation of your order before it ships by contacting info@gooviescandy.com as soon as possible. Cancellation is not guaranteed once fulfillment or shipping-label processing has begun.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Refunds and replacements are governed by our Refunds & Replacements Policy. Because our products are food, sales are generally final, except as described in that policy or required by law.

The GOOVIES name, logos, packaging, artwork, text, images, and other website content are owned by or licensed to Goovies LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

The website may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including in prices, descriptions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update information at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

We use third-party services, such as Stripe for payments and Shippo and USPS for shipping. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except as required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GOOVIES will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or products, and our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations of liability. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be waived or limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and apply to use of the website and orders placed after they are posted.
