Payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number is entered directly with Stripe and is not stored by GOOVIES. Stripe handles payment information according to its own privacy policy.

We also temporarily store, for your browsing session, the page you landed on, the referring website, and campaign parameters so we can understand how orders reach us. Stripe may use its own cookies on its checkout pages for payment processing and fraud prevention.

We do not currently use advertising pixels, third-party analytics, or behavioral advertising on our website. If that changes, we will update this policy.

If you sign up for updates, we may email you news and offers from GOOVIES. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails, where provided, or by emailing info@gooviescandy.com. We may still send you messages related to your orders.

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including fulfilling orders, providing customer service, and meeting legal, tax, and accounting requirements.
